Mr Landers Class

Yesterday we performed our poems to our parents in the community hall with 1st class,2nd class and 4th class.
Our poems were The Longest Journey In The World and Gran Can You Rap.
Ben C was the Gran.
It went well.
We are hoping we won.

Last Tuesday,31st of May,we went to support Scoil Eoin in the hurling match in Pairc ui Rinn.
It was the first time we got to the final in 20 years.
It was the Sciath Na Scoil final.
It was Scoil Eoin against a school in Carrigaline.
We won 2-07 to 0-03.
It was a tense match.
We are glad we won.

Today we won the golden boot.
It is the first time we won it this year.
It is also Ciaran’s birthday today.
We think we won it by birthday luck!

For our school tour this year we are going to Carrig na bhfear Activity
Centre on Tuesday 14th June.
The cost of the trip is 32 euro.
We will be doing lots of activities.

We made posters for the hurling final.
It was fun.
We have more to do.

Today we finished our felt art.
We all did different felt pictures.

Today our strawberry plants grew strawberries.
We had a raffle and Sean Fahy won the strawberry.
We are hoping for more soon.

We finished thumbs up award. We are going to give them out to some of the pupils. There are thumbs up

Today we went irish dancing in the girl’s school.We did Bridge Of Athlone,
Shoe the Donkey,and we did other irish dances as well.

Declan has gone to Dubai.
